Robinson Supervisors Continue Gas Well Hearing

McDONALD _ A conditional use hearing on three proposed gas wells on
property owned by Champion Processing Inc. was continued to the next
meeting of the board of supervisors in Robinson Township.
Chesapeake Appalachia LLC is requesting a permit to construct a
drilling pad on property on Route 980, about a mile south of Route 22.
If approved, this will be the first gas well for Chesapeake in the
township. Other gas wells have been drilled by Atlas Energy.
