The Cindy is the third sternwheel boat to be part of the Javins family. Previously they owned the Henny Cook, and for a short time, The Captain. Their cruising has taken them between Morgantown and Charleston by river. The Cindy normally pushes a small fdeck barge. She is a private vessel, although she is sometimes used for rather public entertainment. In the photo above she was hosting the ribbon cutting officials at the opening on the Upper Monongahela Water Trail in June 2003.

The black and white photo shows another view, and was taken while she was still owned by her builders.
